Additionally contained in this latest image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and includes a legend detailing different parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.
